SHIPPING
All items are shipped via DHL for international orders and UPS or USPS for domestic U.S. deliveries. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. You will receive tracking updates via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order ship times vary by product. Please allow the alloted time listed on the product's page to prepare and ship your order. Each item is inspected and packaged by hand by our small in-house team.
Important Notes:

All items are shipped as merchandise with declared values. We cannot under-declare values or mark packages as gifts.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery.

WEST-MODA is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit. Claims for such issues must be made with the carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the made-to-order and limited run nature of our garments, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.
If we ship the incorrect item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@west-moda.com within 3 business days of receipt. We will work with you to correct the issue.
In such cases:

The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., dust bags, boxes) must be included.

Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
